    Hello all,

    Attached is a copy of the Capital Projects Forecasting and Budgeting spreadsheet. It is a framework for assisting with the budgeting/forecasting process - but the substance/figures will need to be provided from a Master Plan or Facilities Conditions Assessment. This document is just a way to categorize and organize the information.

    Additionally, this does not have the same extent of capabilities as something like School Dude. But you CAN build additional tabs to index your assets, and mathematically model their longevity (boilers, roofs, athletic fields, security devices). Then those tabs can be tied into the others. An example of this can be seen on the elevators tab.

    Any feedback/thoughts/comments are welcome.
