How do I know when a vendor is demonstrating their products live?
The full agenda for each day can be found under the Program menu at the top of this website.
How do I view the demonstrations?
To attend a demonstration live:
Zoom links for each session will become available on Monday, November 7 and will be located on the daily agenda pages. Each featured provider has a unique Zoom link for their presentation. Individual Zoom links will be located below each of the featured provider's names. You must be signed in and registered for the event to view the Zoom links.
To view a recording:
Recordings of all demonstrations will be added to this website under the Program menu within 10 days of the event's conclusion. Recordings will be accessible to registrants for 90 days after the live event.
Why can't I see the Zoom links on the agenda?
The Zoom links will not appear until Monday, November 7. You must be signed in and registered for the event to view the Zoom links. If you are still having trouble accessing the links, please contact programs@nboa.org for assistance.
When do the live demonstrations begin?
Live demonstrations by multiple vendors will be held on the hour each day, with the last demonstration starting at 3 pm ET.
How do I participate in breakout rooms?
Breakout rooms will become available after each of the live demonstrations. To participate, remain on the call and the NBOA facilitator will provide further instructions for breakout room participation.
How do I ask a vendor a question?
The chat will be available during a live presentation to ask vendors questions. You can ask the vendor privately or to the larger group. There will also be opportunities to come off mute to ask vendors questions verbally. Contact information for each vendor will be included with the demonstration recording.
How do I participate in the discussion boards?
Attendee discussions can be found under the Program menu at the top of this website.
